Project summary

Since June 2022, our team has been responsible for executing employer branding communication for Thermo Fisher Scientific in the Lithuanian market through the global Facebook account. Our primary objective is to create authentic and engaging content that enhances Thermo Fisher Scientific's image in the job market and attracts qualified employees. This involves organizing photoshoots and video content production while adhering to global brand guidelines to ensure consistency.

My Role as Project Manager:
    As the project manager for this initiative, I have played a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Thermo Fisher Scientific's employer branding communication strategy. My responsibilities have included:
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand the employer branding objectives and target audience requirements.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive project plan that outlines the content creation process, including photoshoots, video production, and content distribution strategy.
  • Coordinating with creative teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality visuals and content that align with Thermo Fisher Scientific's brand guidelines.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure the smooth execution of all activities.
  • Providing regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns, and ensuring alignment with the overall communication strategy.
  • Contributing to Thermo Fisher Scientific events by providing visuals for booth branding and promotional gifts that align with the employer branding communication visuals.

Results Achieved

    Within a year of our collaboration, our efforts have yielded significant results:
  • Reached 400,000 individuals in the target audience, increasing Thermo Fisher Scientific's visibility in the Lithuanian job market.
  • Created communication content that has garnered the highest engagement on the global Thermo Fisher Scientific page, indicating strong resonance with the audience.

Conclusion:
Our employer branding communication strategy has been instrumental in enhancing Thermo Fisher Scientific's reputation as an employer of choice in Lithuania. Through effective project management and collaboration, we have successfully created engaging content that attracts qualified talent and strengthens the company's position in the market.
