Responsibilities
As a Projects Coordinator at Kurybos Namai ELITAZ from June 2013 to July 2014 in Vilnius, Lithuania, I ensured the successful broadcasts of various productions, including "The Voice Lithuania." My responsibilities included acting as the primary contact for artists and freelancers, managing event and rehearsal schedules, preparing copyright contracts, overseeing task coordination, and ensuring smooth technical operations. I maintained effective communication with artists and freelancers, collaborated closely with production teams to create efficient schedules, worked with legal teams to protect intellectual property rights, and coordinated technical crews to ensure seamless event execution.
I collaborated with the creative team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with the show's branding and objectives, overseeing the creation and optimization of engaging digital content, including live streaming integration. I developed and managed project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation, monitoring expenditures, and collaborating with the finance department for financial tracking. I supervised content creation, working with creators to ensure high-quality production that adhered to deadlines and brand guidelines, optimized content for social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement, leveraged user-generated content, and edited and uploaded all materials to YouTube for timely distribution.
