Since January 2023, our partnership with Danske Bank Lietuva has focused on enhancing their employer branding and image communication. Our comprehensive approach involved applying a unified brand strategy across daily social media communications, creating targeted campaigns for specific audiences and platforms, facilitating an internal brand ambassadorship program, and producing unique content for both traditional and digital media.
One of our major campaigns was "FuturePros," aimed at attracting participants for a one-year paid training program with the potential for permanent employment at Danske Bank. We highlighted the success stories of four "FuturePros" graduates through:

- Photoshoots: Creating authentic visuals.
- Video Production: Producing engaging videos showcasing the graduates’ journeys.
- Billboard Creation: Designing promotional billboards.
- Social Media Campaigns: Executing targeted advertising on various platforms.
Challenge: Ensuring a consistent tone of voice across multiple platforms.
Solution: As Project Manager, I led regular coordination meetings and established detailed content guidelines to maintain uniformity. Our team performed platform-specific analyses to craft messages that resonated with distinct audiences on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional platforms.

- Reach: Achieved 200% of the target KPI.
- Website Visits: Achieved 118% of the target KPI.
- Billboard Creation: Designing promotional billboards.
- Applications: 10% of website visitors applied for the program, five times the expected number.

My Role as Project Manager
- Strategic Planning: Leading the planning phase to align campaign goals with Danske Bank Lietuva’s branding objectives.
- Coordination: Managing the coordination between our creative team and Danske Bank Lietuva to ensure seamless integration of campaign elements.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the consistency and quality of content across all platforms by implementing rigorous review processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
